Preserve the burg is a st petersburg, florida not-for-profit that has rapidly evolved from a small, grass roots organization to a significant influential professional and well-funded organization. We have undertaken several strategic planning exercises that took a lot of time and did not produce meaningful results. Our group was very skeptical. Being an all-volunteer not-for-profit provides unique challenges to a group's ability to execute. We really needed to be led and the leader had to be a strong, agile, servant leader.

Julee everett, from clearly agile, was able to quickly integrate with the group, overcome obstacles, and within a few short sessions had the group focused: clarifying tactics, measuring results and actually getting things done! Most importantly she had the group energized. She gently led from the back, shepherding the group to measurable and meaningful outcomes.

Our group learned how to bring in new ideas to solve problems, clarify the desired outcome, and take ownership. Our new framework broadened the number of people who were participating and provided everyone accountability. It bred a palpable excitement in the group. We look forward to julee’s continued leadership.
